501 (c)(3) - Student Scholarship Foundation

The Freedom of Choice Student Scholarship Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) charity which will cover the annual tuition, resources and curriculum for a student. We thank you in advance for your charitable donation. EIN #92-1927781

We never know when we will be blessed with a scholarship donation so please apply so when one is available, your application will be ready for consideration. 

 If you are fed up with the current public school system and are:

1. parents of a student in grades K through 10
2. wanting to pull your student out of the public school system. 
3. looking for a mandate-free educational option that includes medical freedom
4. fed-up with woke agendas in schools
5. in financial need
6. a new family to FCSCH

If this sounds like you, then this is the learning center for you. We have established criteria in which to help aid families that meet #1-6 but can not afford tuition. We are fortunate to have occasional, generous donors who would like to help if you meet these requirements: 

1. The family must be a new family to FCSCH and have no other children with us.
2. The applicant must show proof of financial hardship
3. The applicant is in grades K-10 for a full year's worth of tuition.
4. The applicant is in grades K-10 for a full semester worth of tuition.
5. Students must attend and be an active participant at FCSCH for the entire school year.
6. Both sponsor and recipient must remain anonymous.
7. The parent must complete a scholarship application and essay.
8. Students in grades 3rd - 10th must complete the student essay

Do you know a family in-need who meet our criteria? Nominate them!

The family must be willing to meet our requirements and scholarship expectations.

 Parent:

1. Complete and submit the attached application including an essay explaining why you have chosen the Freedom of Choice Student Center Homeschool for your child/children.
2. We understand the current economic situation and many families are struggling to make ends meet. Still, we want the best for our children.
   In your essay, please include a little bit about your current financial situation so we can better understand your financial need. 
   

Student:

1. Please write a short essay explaining why you want to attend our school. Parents for students in grades K-2nd may help with this part.

Nominator: 

1. Please submit a short essay explaining why you have nominated this family.
